I’ve worked as an ID and PM on a number of world-wide training efforts for salespeople in the software industry.

World-wide readiness 2022

As an ID on this project I worked on a small team of three to research, design and build this training covering 2022 directives for software salespeople. The course had to be interactive and developed on a tight timeline, so content was built in Rise with Storyline 360 blocks for additional levels of interaction.

World wide readiness 2021

When COVID hit world wide readiness training usually held in person had to be rapidly migrated to an online format. As an ID on this large team I partnered with stakeholders to reformat content designed for presentations into online learning using Intrepid’s MOOC Platform tool. This project was heavy on production speed, content relevance, interactivity, QA, and functionality.

Policy and procedure update retail for stores

Worked with the Director of 116 retail stores to update policies and procedures for all retail stores, as well as developed a few new procedure documents. Designed new templates and worked with stakeholders to ensure streamlined, updated, accurate document catalogue.

PM for world-wide learning

Worked as a PM on three world-wide learning efforts, and as an ID on a large boot camp global learning. I helped presenters work their content, finalize and update presentations, and worked select logistical aspects of presentations as they migrated around the world.

Annual sales camps, Manufacturing Solutions

For three years I worked as an ID with key stakeholders and SMEs to develop annual readiness training within the Manufacturing Solutions Division of this maker of software for manufacturing applications. Materials included instructor and student guides, presentations, role-plays and other interactions, and a few board games.
